Voilà, J'ai enfin trouvé le courage de mettre mon blog en ligne, ce n'était pas facile mais je me suis lassée de cette quête constante du "bon moment".
Pourqoi M'bwilu?
Pour rendre hommage à ma grand-mère maternelle, c'est le nom de son village. Un petit coin de terre au nord-ouest de la ville de Kikwit au Congo-Kinshasa. Le mot dérive de M'bwil qui signifie "traversée" en dialecte Ngongo. Une référence à la rivière Vushi qui sillonne ses collines et plateaux .Avec ce blog, je tenais à vous ouvrir les portes de mon terroir mental. Plonger avec vous dans les souvenirs, partager mes pensées et mes coups de coeur.
Pourquoi Afropéenne?
Par souci d'intégrer ces deux continents dans mon identité.

I finally found the courage to put my blog online, it wasn't easy but I got tired of this constant quest for the "right moment".
I called it M'BWILU in homage to my grandmother's village. It's also where my roots anchor deep into the ground and my thoughts get lost in the profile of the surrounding hills.
My blog is my mental homeland, an invitation to think, to share and to discover.
